How to refill PG40, PG50 and PG41,PG51 cartridges

Caution before use
*Amount being inserted may differ depending on amount of ink left.
*After ink has ran out, if cartridge is left for a long time, it may not print normally.
* Insertion needle may be very dangerous. Keep with safety cap on.
* Do not eat or drink ink.

1 Carefully remove the sticker on top of
the cartridge.

2 Prepare to refill by combining enclosed
refill tool with cartridge.

3 Prepare to insert ink by using drill to
enlarge hole located on central part of
cartridge cap.

4 Remove cap from ink syringe, and
assemble the injection needle and
plunger. Slowly insert 15mL of ink.

5 After insertion, remove ink syringe .

Caution after refilling
* Put tissue on nozzle. Check if ink smudges on tissue, then use.
* If ink oozes from nozzle, wipe cleanly with tissue. Lay it down for about 10 minutes, then use.
